Very flat structure, not hierarchical. Has access to upper management or can reach them through a simple email. World wide team really is helpful with picking up any loose ends have deliverables on time. Pretty transparent. Great perks and team/company lunches.
Cons
Needs to have an HR team or person to solve any internal conflicts, especially those relating to sales area. This can help foster a better culture and less conflicts when it comes to gray areas that does not have a black or white answer. There were multiple conflicts that I think could have simply been resolved with an HR department, making the work place less tense/ drama filled.
