This company will take the serious time to train all it's employees to perform their duties to their greatest potential because they care about the success of all its employees. They tend to hire individuals based on job performance and not solely on resume filler material. Many applicants wash out due to not being able to thrive in a Team Player atmosphere. Great small office in Lakewood with large corporate headquarters in Leer, Germany.

Too many previous angry employees that love to run a smear campaign against management for being let go! One too many employees that loved to hide behind their academic achievements that can't perform in a real workplace environment.

Time zone/language difficulties, our head quarters are in Germany which means if you need something with them you have to prepare for the time difference and the chance for confusion as things get lost in translation. Its usually not too bad just something that has to be considered with time management.
