      Pros

      Fast paced Good commission Fun projects Interesting product

      Cons

      Way way way too much work for one or two people, like insanely overworking people Commission not equitable across all employees Bonuses frequently taken away due to increase in workforce (wouldn't this be a good thing and not a reason to take bonuses away?) Slow to react to employee complaints Unprofessional environment Customer is always right, employee always wrong mentality, leading to low morale

      OrigAudio was a dynamic and fun place to work at . Their Employees are often working together and there’s an emphasis on brainstorming, feedback and innovation. Very team oriented.

      Pros

      The owners Jason and Mike are very kind and generous individuals. They also do company outings/ trips, make Costco runs to buy TONS of FREE drinks and snacks to enjoy for all the employees.

      Cons

      High school "co-worker" environment. If your not in the clique then.... well.... It's a tuff journey.
