Way way way too much work for one or two people, like insanely overworking people Commission not equitable across all employees Bonuses frequently taken away due to increase in workforce (wouldn't this be a good thing and not a reason to take bonuses away?) Slow to react to employee complaints Unprofessional environment Customer is always right, employee always wrong mentality, leading to low morale
