      Pros

      Good company for freshers, there is lots of new things to learn for them. In term of payment, salary is on time and night shift allowances provided.

      Cons

      Team leaders and managers are not supportive. Some old employees plays bad politics as they have insecurity from new employees. First one year they will give you L1 tasks only no matter how experienced you are.
