Orr Group offers an excellent PTO package, providing over 5 weeks of paid time off, along with a flexible in-office policy. They also present strong opportunities for growth and career advancement, which greatly motivates me. What I value most, however, is the team; my colleagues are incredibly supportive and collaborative, making it a great environment to work in. Great first job - you're throw in it and it's a good opportunity to learn a ton and experience a demanding role.

I was on probably too many clients and had a lot of chaos. Management & Exec is spread too thin so it's hard to work with them at times - I found them very smart and helpful when available.
