Pros

Work hours for most positions are normal with consistent 40-45 hour workweeks. Benefits are decent and largely competitive with most mid-sized companies. There is a real opportunity to add value to clients' (doctors') businesses and lives. Employees are very dedicated and generally a pleasure to work with. There are many company events (internal and external) that help boost morale.

Cons

Management is completely dishonest with its staff. Upper management lies to each other as well as the company's owner. Ethics are severely in question with current operations. Company has concrete plans to move its operations to Dallas but denies any and all questions about a possible move. Business decisions are counter-intuitive and new accounts are unprofitable. Attempts to improve processes are fruitless. Doctor satisfaction is extremely low for more than half of its doctors.

Pros

Flexible schedule, great team environment, great benefits, lots of opportunity for learning and tailoring your skills. The management team is extremely supportive.

Cons

There really are no cons. The building is in a convenient location, covered parking, etc. I have to enter 20 words so I'm going to finish this sentence about nothing.
