      The team is driven by innovation and focus, all while retaining a flexible work environment. Company is very inclusive, and has their employees best interests at heart. Career opportunities are abundant, and everyone is a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      There can be a bit of a learning curve to some of the technology if you're not already familiar, but the team is excellent at walking you through their processes step by step.

      -Employee Minded -Focuses on Retention -Open Communication -Welcomes Ideas from everyone -Open door policy -Clients' needs are important, they are not just a number -Delivery satisfaction and focus

      Cons

      The holiday days off/vacation days do not always align with the client holiday days off.
