      Pros

      Start up that values radical honesty! I jumped in and was given a seat at the right tables. I have made recommendations that have turned into action. We all have a piece in building something the market needs and customers want. I have also enjoyed working with stakeholders to drive our DEI efforts. It is very refreshing to feel like I found my place!

      Cons

      It is a start up so the pace is fast which I like, but it isn't for everybody!

      Pros

      (1) Radical Transparency - Finally… a company that actually follows through with the values they advertise (2) Low Ego - The culture welcomes debates, different viewpoints, and open discussions. You can even debate directly with the CEO! (3) Smartest people I’ve ever worked with (4) Incredible execution (5) Company is smart about cash management and knows how to make the right decisions for growth… I feel like I’m in a real rocket ship even in a rocky economy!

      Sometimes I get too excited about my work and don’t know when to take breaks :-)

      If they provided the service they promised they would be successful, dishonest and unrealistic.

      Cons

      Untrustworthy, promise the moon and fall short every time.
