We are very sorry to hear that your most recent experiences at Otrium have left you feeling this way and it certainly wasn’t our intention for any actions (or lack of action) to leave you in this place, emotionally.
Let us take a moment to shed some light on some of your opinions/observations;
People First and Transparency is not something which can happen overnight to everyone and as we make new hires in the company (we doubled in size last year, remember), we make it our priority to assess and support everyone to create an environment that considers and fulfils the needs of our people.
In terms of growth and development at Otrium, we have bi-annual performance assessments with follow-up development conversations. We anticipate continued internal mobility/recognition and promotions. Our external roles are available for our existing teams to apply to and we have some great examples already of people applying and landing new roles in new markets/teams/verticals.
It is very unfortunate that nevertheless you feel treated that way and we are listening. Especially because we always aim to treat people with respect and empathy, regardless of level/location.
