Cons
Because each of the locations catered to different customers and the buy was allotted accordingly, those allocating for the buy constantly would not listen to managers when requesting certain types of items, so there would be a constant transfer of items back-and-forth between stores...which would lead to fights over sales of best-selling items.
Cliques and cattiness grew as the company grew.
Open-comunication is great, but doesn't mean much when staff has to repeat past concerns over and over.
Not adaptive/innovative to the changing retail landscape.
