      As there's a lot of turnover, opportunities arise for junior employees. Great place to build resume and leave.

      Cons

      Poor compensation, no HR in building, a lot of turnover which equated in 4 managers in <4yrs, extreme office politics, low morale among employees at every level.

      I enjoyed the work. I love working in electronics/soldering

      The supervisor was very difficult to please, after my leaving she got fired. then the company moved to a different location farther away!
