Pros
You make great friends there, bonding over the fact that so many are mistreated, disrespected, and bullied. The CEO is cool, and the CRO is as well.
Cons
Management does not care about you. You can go to them with concerns and unless you’re a favorite absolutely nothing will be done to help you. The marketing department leaders were like a high school “cool girl” clique who would bully and intimidate those who dared to question them and their authority. I did not even have the displeasure of working with them, and I sensed that almost immediately. Work life balance? Depends on your manager and department. Respect? Not common. The turnover is worse than what they let on, and don’t trust Talent Acquisition. They will take what you say and spread it around the office.
