Pros

17 company observed Holiday's, access to shows in Nashville, free parking downtown. Mike S. is one of the kindest and humble person's you will meet in your professional career!

Cons

Leadership is Little to ZERO. There is no company goal, every leader has their own agenda. Most leaders use scare tactics, intimidation tactics, and/or favoritism. Whatever you do as an employee is not enough, because they think they could do it better if they had done it themselves. Work life balance = NONE. M-F 9am-6pm, you sign a contract that leadership/HR will hold over your head, but this does not apply to leadership. Work from home = 2 days a month if you are lucky. Not on Monday or Friday and by approval. Does not apply to leadership. If you were able to work from home, leadership has no trust. Leader's thought of WFH as 'the employee is either taking a personal/vacation day, or slacking off'. Culture sucks. "Butt's in seats". If you are not sitting in your chair you are assumed not working, and if you are talking (professional and/or personal) with coworkers you are questioned, 'why do you need to be talking to each other and shouldn't you get back to work?' In short, you are better off else where, for your mental and physical health, and career development.

Pros

great company mission. cares about people (employees, artists, partners).

Cons

No cons for me. It's the perfect environment for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirt, knowledgable, and willing to work hard towards a unified mission.

Pros

As a contractor you create your own hours and WFH.

Cons

Leadership is horrific. Lack of communication and silent treatment for employees and contractors who have been laid off. They will lay you off with zero notice and refuse to answer emails and text with reasoning. One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever worked for.
