Pros
Co-workers are great to work with. Very team driven with good flexibility for your schedule. Management always looks to employees for ideas on innovation and solutions. The company is willing to train or find training for employees who want to expand their knowledge.
Cons
Changes can be a little bit slow to take hold (Sometimes a lot of red tape/veteran employees). The management is working on changing that though through training and streamlining processes. Although the pay scale can start off on the low side (depends on the position), you can see that the company is actively trying to fix this as best as they can.
