Very poor product quality. always buying from the cheapest supplier to sell at the highest margin (500%). Honestly doesn't mean anything for th CEO, lack of strategy as he changes his mind every week. They do not own any manufacturing sites but communicate as if they were. Lack of process and organization, working around the clock by lack of proactivity, very requesting with the staff but not at all with their labor duties, salary payment and commitments. In one word they sell rubbish for diamonds.
