Pros
It has been an absolute pleasure to be able to work remotely for good pay while doing very intresting and varied work that requires my degree. If it wasn't for the lack of communication and transparency it would be the perfect job for me. After signing up successfully you will have to wait to be assigned a project and the same think goes whenever a project ends or you are taken off. The issue is that the amount of time to get a new project can vary wildly depending on your domain and previous scores on tasks. The main issue with outlier is the poor review system in which reviewers can often give unfair and unwarranted low review scores that affect your project placement and security. For example on my most recent project a reviewer gave me 1/5 for a few reviews (the lowest possible score) this reviewer was investigated and found to be using AI to do the reviews for them and didn't understand what they where reviewing. They where removed for this however the unfounded reviews they gave me and others remains. QM'S are the outlier employees running the show on each project and for the most part they are very helpful and will support you in the project discord thread. That being said they seem very unresponsive to queries about bad or unfair reviews even blatantly bad ones.
Cons
Poor job security Terrible communication Little to no support for employees
