      Pros

      People are very nice and the beach is 5 minutes away from the office

      Cons

      They pretend to be like a "super cool different studio that is going to change the way any other company work" that is completely false, do not believe that. They hire and fire people whenever is more convenient for them. OT not paid. Production is the least important department for them. The organization is lame. I am completely disappointed. I had a big mistake by accepting this job in Outpost, a total waste of time.

      Great people with years of experience in the field. Everyone is nice and work life balance was great

      Victim to taking on 911 projects with unrealistic deadlines due to the decline in the industry
