      Pros

      Outreach is a great place to work if you are a new social worker or counselor and want to learn from a great company. It is a great place to get your feet wet.

      Cons

      Internet/Computers were slow and made it hard to get your work done. A lot of deadlines to meet. Old fashion attire policy They are very compliance focused which sometimes makes it difficult to spend as much time with the clients as you would like.

      Pros

      Outreach is a very mission driven organization. They have an awesome Outreach Training Institute. My experience has been positive. The current CEO is a wonderful person who cares about the staff and clients served. The executive team is diverse, and I like that because in the past it was not as diverse.
