Our Rewards and Recognition program is conducted monthly and quarterly, where leaders across departments acknowledge employees based on performance and contributions. Regular one-on-one discussions and feedback sessions are also part of our culture to help employees stay aligned with their goals and growth plans. As we continue to expand, a new office setup has been introduced at SAS Tower in addition to our Vatika Business Park location to enhance workspace capacity.
