      - Leuk enthousiast team met veel jonge en toffe collega's - Veel aandacht voor de verhoudingen in het team (teambuildings) - Uitdagende job met tal van mogelijkheden - Veel vrijheid en zelfstandigheid in de job - Rustige locatie in centrum Latem (leuke plek om te werken)

      Cons

      - Door de kleinere omvang van het team is er minder back-up voor bepaalde taken, waardoor er ook heel wat individuele verantwoordelijkheid bij komt kijken.

      Outspot is a young company and good colleagues to work with. Flat organzation which makes easy the communication. You have a lot of flexibility to manage your work and tasks also possible to work remotely. So makes it easy to balance work and life.

      Cons

      Important to invest more in training. Take specific initiatives for the employees.
