Pros
- The staff are smart and friendly people. - The work environment is generally positive. - The company offers some good benefits.
Cons
- I was unexpectedly laid off without any prior notice. Throughout my time, the company recurrently conducted rounds of layoffs, consistently reassuring employees that the organization was on a path toward improvement. However, this pattern repeated every 3-6 months, resulting in a dwindling workforce. As a consequence, the US office is now nearly devoid of employees. - Across all departments, employees frequently encountered challenges in getting more training. Promised trainings did not materialize. - There was a significant lack of cross-training between the AUS/NZ team and the US team, despite opportunities to do so. - A lot the time and energy is spent fighting clients on hours and estimations. - There is a disconnect between management and employees. Management doesn't seem to listen to their own employees or take action on feedback. - There is a lack of hustle to gain new clients or innovate in the market.
