      Very approachable and friendly leadership team. Strong drive to keep everyone in sync between teams User community really likes the product Remote first done very well

      Very limited pros I can think of

      Cons

      DEI is often talked about but never actually implemented. Very big culture of micro-management. Not the right environment for anyone to thrive, especially not someone of color.
