      Pros

      Pension Plan is good, medical and dental are also good. Bonus compensation can be a challenge as the bonus is not pro rated in the 1st year...you may get an empty envelop informing how much would you make in bonus if with the company for over 12 months....

      Cons

      Most employees do not feel respected as human beings. (Internal survey indicates that) No compensation for extra hours worked.
