No benefits No medical 6 working days, (alternate saturdays off) No job security No HR department No salary increments No bonuses No leave encashments No provident fund No EOBI No company trips No extra curricular activity

I can't really think of any Pros at the moment.

- Salary Never On Time - Salaries way too less - Rats rule the call center floor ( Not the idiomatic rats; rats as in mice)
