Pros
Most of the people are friendly
Cons
1. Make sure to read the fine print before signing the contract to work for this company! This company does not offer standard PTO days. For every company i have worked for they offer the standard 10 PTO days and 5 sick (or 12 PTO and 3 sick), this company only offers 7 PTO and 3 sick. Make sure to have to correct that before signing into this company!
2. Basic supplies are not offered in this company. If you need anything to pencils, pens, post-its, etc; you have to go through the office coordinator... Tissues aren't supplies so you have to bring your own. Recently paper towels were replaced with flimsy cheap paper that breaks down once water touches it (I feel like they take it from the office restrooms). If you want your computer monitor higher because of neck pain, expect to use computer paper to lift up your monitor...
3. Its your annual review? Expect to basically beg for a raise.
Did they tell you that they don't give yearly bonuses because they account that in your annual raise? LOL.
4. They force you to use your PTO at the end of the year because they close their offices for a week.
5. Even the coffee can't be made by employees. The receptionist has to specifically make the coffee. So if its reaching towards the end of the day and shes gone...expect no coffee.
6. Vision benefits are not offered. No 401k.
7. VERY HIGH TURN OVER RATE. I wonder why...
