Pros

It is close to the freeway so you can get home faster after you get out of this mess of a workplace

Cons

They are attempting to start up a Real Estate department and it is a complete dumpster fire. The management team is awful (I will get to them in a minute), there is zero team chemistry, no one knows how to use the crm, loan officers will change the ownership of the leads and take them away from the real estate agents, most of their leads have invalid phone numbers, there is no growth opportunity, no collaboration, the commissions are the lowest in the industry, constant drama and gossip, and half of the staff looks like they just got out of jail, this place is just another glorified call center. Owning will not set an agent up for success and you will be on your own for the most part. The management team in this RE department are the worst I have ever seen. They do not have any leadership skills, they cannot motivate anyone, other team members talk about them behind their back and no it's not positive which was alarming, they cannot instill confidence in anyone, but if you do choose to work with them after all of this has been said go easy on those guys because they have been dealing with themselves for their entire lives. If you do not have your NMLS license, you will make a huge mistake by choosing to work on that RE team. The "Real Estate" department is doomed to fail until they make some serious organizational changes.

Pros

There is plenty of potential to be realized there. A lot of good people trying to bring a great product to the market. Outstanding rates.

Cons

Most people seemed to be pretty competent but my direct leader was immensely difficult to work with. They hired 2 of us to launch Bus Dev. and both of us lasted less than 4-5 months. There was no true direction, We were inundated with messages from our leader (that would often contradict each other) all day. I would ask basic questions that would just be completely ignored. We came to a point where we both felt that our leader wasn't acting in good faith. It was a troubling experience with expectations that lacked clarity and every additional interaction seemed to drive use further from common ground. Daily expectations grew so extensive it felt like things just became unrealistic. Expected to be at your desk, while also visiting with realtors/hosting events. The role was much more of an event planner role,
