Working for Oxfirst has been extremely rewarding and enriching. My learning curve has been very steep. From day one I have been given a lot of responsibility and I enjoy this a lot. The work is highly intellectually stimulating, the work atmosphere and team spirit is amazing and it is no understatement to say that this is the best job experience I have had so far. Roya is great to work with and a very good manager. She is structured and organised in her approach and particularly good at managing everyone's time. Content wise, the work I am doing is clearly a game changer and will help bring the patent space to the next level. I feel extremely privileged to have this amazing opportunity. The remuneration is also very good and I can recommend this company to anyone looking for a highly intellectually stimulating experience.
