      Benefits are great and pay is awesome.

      Cons

      They say all employees are part of the family. When something happens do they treat employees like family? NO. They throw you to the curb.

      Pros

      Easy work, Not much to empty the tanks out into silos.

      Cons

      Everything else. Very poor management, No cell phones in the truck at all, dispatch is horrendous. You are looked at as the red headed step child of ozinga.
