      Pros

      Great co-workers. Corporate provided updates regularly. Safety was taken serious. Felt what I did mad e a difference sometimes.

      Cons

      New management came in and changed everything even if what was in place was working great. Favoritism is real and it blatantly showed. Raises and bonuses only given to the favorites. Salaries are low compared to other companies in the industry and esp low for women..

      Very safe company, nice equipment, they don't haggle with your pay (i was a union employee) dont give you a hard time about days off

      Cons

      Extremely mismanaged, favoritism, toxic culture (i worked for technical services division) lots of decisions made behind closed doors with no communication whatsoever
