Pros
Being a small company you get a chance to work on many domains ,however not so sure where the people teaching you are good enough to provide proper knowledge and good skill set
Cons
- No fix salary date you have to wait till second week to get the same. - No salary structure (PF, Medical etc) - No proper criteria for upgrading employees - Lack of effective management - Still a family business not a professional organization - Employees not treated as professionals rather treated as school kids
