Very unique projects and a great work environment with people who are passionate about the work they do.
Cons
The nature of a consulting firm like PA does not allow for much learning and growth opportunity for more junior employees. Catered towards senior Subject matter experts, while less senior roles are often stuck with busy work like note taking, making slide decks, etc.
