      NONE. This organization abuses their elderly participants as well as their staff. Especially new staff members.

      Cons

      Horrible Management, absolutely NO TRAINING FOR NEW EMPLOYEES! Unethical treatment to the elderly participants, overworking staff members who are kind hearted, abuse of the “capitated” money they are allotted from Medicaid and Medicare per individual, poor facilities for the employees and participants, no structure or proper training, not following HIPAA regulations, no organization of personal employee information they just leave out, discouragement to staff members.

      - Competitive Pay - Ability to build rapport with patients - Concept of combining PT/OT/DayCare/SW/Nursing/MD in the same facility to provide comprehensive care - People are there because they truly love their work and patients - Ability to treat patients same day - Autonomy - Ability to "climb the ladder," company prefers to hire from within.

      - ZERO work life balance - Consistently increasing responsibilities, with lack of training or education - Revolving door of new employees - Concerning ethics of business - Sketchy contracts with SNFs - Understaffing - Lack of standards across the business - Felt like there was more than once that my license was at risk
