Pros

I cannot think of anything positive at all.

Cons

Worked for PAM on the EKFB contract. The experience made me ill. The job was impossible, they had so few appointment slots available but a massive demand. We were never allowed to tell EKFB we were fully booked so were constantly shuffling people around then their medicals would be overdue, they’d get a site ban and we’d be the ones being sworn at & threatened. I was bullied by a senior member of staff and eventually quit after being talked into staying once. Managers hide by working from home so let the minions take the flack.

Cons

Staff leaving from the top down says it all. Then the redundancies started

Pros

Good company to work for with great people - we all work closely together and as with all OH companies, it's never the same day therefore always interesting and on occasions challenging but in a good way

Cons

Its fast paced and client deadlines can be demanding
