Lack of Leadership - Manager PARR Employee Review

Parr offered good benefits and something that you don't see much anymore, Annual raises and or cost of living adjustments. There is room to grow at Parr. The CEO came from being a driver.

Not much in the way of cons, it is a well run company.

Decent pay for the type of work. Some coworkers are hardworking and supportive, which helps make difficult days more manageable.

The biggest problem was management. People were constantly getting moved around or demoted, which made everything feel unstable and honestly killed morale. There was also a pretty obvious favoritism issue. Some people were clearly treated differently no matter how they performed, which made it hard to trust anything like feedback or opportunities for growth. It really felt like management cared more about pointing out what you were doing wrong than actually helping you improve, and that kind of environment wears people down fast.
