Great work environment, great people, fun times, nice perks.

To few people for the amount of work to be done.

paycheck. bonus's and no accountability. I absolutely loved the job that I did, I did my job very well and was hated for it. i consider this a pro, because it caused me to work harder and bonus larger.

the supervisor is clueless, the team lead talks about everyone behind their backs, steals accounts from co workers. zero team work, zero caring, zero accountability, workers can actually cuss out someone and still have a job. nothing but a complaining broken down system there. The owner could truly care less about the employee's. For the company picnic--he made the employee's pay 20.00 a person and if they didn't show up, he kept your money. It was one of the most TOXIC places i have worked at. I am so very happy to no longer have to deal with petty bull every single day from supervision and a team lead that cant lead her way out of a paper bag. Collectors are fighting just to be able to collect on the paying accounts they have set up - just so they can be stolen - the company training is a joke because the trainer is also a joke. I was continuously lied to and played with by upper management.
