      Management unable to provide clear direction. Senior Management are prone to knee-jerk reactions. Waterfall parading as agile.

      Remote, you can pick up hours and give away hours. Team leads for the most part were helpful when you asked questions.

      Weird witch culture, Pay, benefits, too strict on calls without enough pay.
