Pros
The free food and smoothies are nice. The pay is better than most places in town. It's nice to have a younger dynamic. They try (not very successfully) to do nice things for their employees.
Cons
The management in this company is lackluster at finest. There are too many levels of hierarchy, and within those tiers of management, no one is truly a manager of the person below them. A sense of leadership is only held by the executive team, and even then their inability to make up their minds leads to mixed messages being passed through the company. The leaders claims to be perfectionists, but in actuality are egotistical and micromanage their employees. There is a lot of talk about a new product that will revolutionize the industry, but the steps to make sure it's successful are not being taken. This new product has not even been explained to the answering center staff at a level that people who are not developers can understand, so there's a lot of confusion there. Too much money is spent on things that are not as important, that could be used for bonuses or increasing incentives. Gossip is a huge issue among management, as is big-headedness.
