Pros
Many very qualified staff. Front line employees are easy to work with and generally support their team members. Benefit plan for a company this size is excellent.
Cons
Constantly in a state of reorganisation. Senior leadership is either unaware or simply doesn't care about the issues that plague the organisation. Each corporate restructure last about 6 months and it's always going to be the last one. Internal communication is terrible. When someone leaves you see on Facebook before the company will tell you.
