      Pros

      Lots of hands on experience along chance to take initiative and manage a situation from start to finish. You get face to face experience with hardware, software and endusers, helping you narrow down what you feel is your best place.

      Cons

      Very Low pay, 9-12 hour days occasionally, no HR or management, no benefits, minimal equipment.
