Cons
Very poor management. Absolutely no direction, guidance or vision from the President or the rest of the executive team. A lot of behind-your-back action creating a hostile work environment. The work place was extremely toxic and bad behavior was frequently rewarded. Old outdated processes are the norm and when anyone tries to improve something it is met with resistance and refusal to try new systems. If a long term employee does not like you or what you were hired to accomplish, they will go behind your back to the VP and get their way. It is common knowledge within the company that anyone new will struggle unless they cave to toxic behaviors. Unfortunately it is all condoned by the VP of the company. Do NOT seek employment here. Heed all the warnings and bad reviews on all the employment sites.
