      You can show up late with no reprimand. You don’t even have to show up at all really.

      Cons

      No pride. No training. No skill. No experience from the top to bottom. No tools. No materials. No waters. No accountability. You will ALWAYS be working out of town due to their inability to acquire work within a certain distance.

      bad communication, imo I was treated unfairly and I've heard other employees were too.
