Customer/Client Review - Anonymous employee PCV Murcor Employee Review

Most of the vendors that I have talked with say that PCV gives low-ball prices. For the most part, no one takes customer service into consideration. Feels like you have to hound the vendors into answering and the voice mails we have to leave are at least a minute long. Protocol for PCV often does not fit the needs of the appraisers.
