Pros

The people that I got to work with that taught me more than management

Cons

Horrible Management Mediocre Benefits and Pay HR is nonexistent; the amount of nonsense management gets away with is astonishing. They overcompensated in the hiring process through staffing agency, and laid off half the warehouse due to "low season." We did work for facebook and it felt like we were working for a local Piggly Wiggly the way they were under-paying and letting go of people left and right. I heard 0 positivity from management while I worked here, only negative feedback when in reality they set themselves up by hiring incompetent people with 0 training.

Pros

Management listens and respects new ideas. Always ready to assist and offer help when needed. Supports creativity as long it make improvement in production. Friendly atmosphere!

Cons

May have long work hours at times. Needs improvement in organization, but improving daily.

Pros

The people on the manufacturing floor. A lot of good people

Cons

Upper management accountability. Blame their problems on people below them. Constant avoidable material shortage. I had to create my own departments to support manufacturing in several areas that impact production. From material flow to processes, and continuous improvements. Management is incompetent and more concerned about protecting self image. Threats about your job. Smerks and power struggles. Don't communicate if management doesn't like you. Not free thinkers, always your fault. Never have a solution for a problem, management advice is just do better. Quick on developing a spreadsheet or document without engagement of the project. You need to sign this and that. Management has the tendency to belittle people on the manufacturing floor if a mistake is made instead of helping with a problem. Management is primary respondable creating hostile work environment. Cannot trust information will be confidential at any level. Personally, I have experience with this. Things about me have come back to me from people that shouldn't know. Also about others. Such as, do you really want to make him a team lead? Look him up online! Not appropriate and unproffesinal from holders of personal information. Do yourself a favor and stay away
