Pros

None that I can think of. Free bagels on Friday maybe? Though I think most gas stations probably offer that to their employees.

Cons

Was confronted by human resources and asked to write a "good review" to help boost PDI's presence on Glassdoor and separate us from sister company NicePak, (which is a total train wreck). Okay, here goes....have been here for almost two years and cannot wait to hand in my resignation on Monday! I like many of my co-workers (most of whom are also one foot out the door), but that's about it. It's poorly managed overall and only a select few have the ability to give real input. HR is a mess, I'm pretty sure not a single person knows what is going on over there. Most people are huddled up in cubes whispering about something, it's just overall a very juvenile environment. Anyone bright leaves. I have been patient for two years and I'll be celebrating this weekend!

Pros

Great culture and not a lot of bureaucracy. The right decisions are made easily and quickly.

Cons

In-office requirement 4 days a week.

Pros

I'm no longer there, thank God!

Cons

Senior leaders care only about making bonus. CEO is a man-child joke who will lie to your face for as long as he needs you and then cut you loose for no good reason. Horrible company.
