Pros
Pay and Benefits are not bad. But that's about it.
Cons
Senior Leadership is a mess. If you really pay attention you watch the best senior leaders leave the company. These are people who have equity in the company choosing to leave. They do not see a path to success. Meanwhile, the company conducts routine mass layoffs. Clearly state "that's it" and then do it again a 1-2 months later. They preach the company values, one if which is Integrity. Senior leadership often chooses to put this value aside.
