      Nice people (mostly), flexible, employees are generally hard working and good at what they do

      Cons

      Lack of career prospects/ recognition, salaries do not keep up with inflation - the argument for the past few years is uncertain times, but some projects make big profit

      Interesting project and supportive team members. The office environment is great.

      Cons

      Have to book in advance if you need to work in the office outside of your regular office days. Work might be repetitive

      Pros

      The people are great. The practice is supportive and great for employees with families in terms of flexible working, hybrid etc.

      Cons

      Salaries not always that competitive. Sometimes feels like recognition is hard to come by. Some senior staff prone to micromanaging.
