      The people are great. The practice is supportive and great for employees with families in terms of flexible working, hybrid etc.

      Cons

      Salaries not always that competitive. Sometimes feels like recognition is hard to come by. Some senior staff prone to micromanaging.

      Interesting project and supportive team members. The office environment is great.

      Cons

      Have to book in advance if you need to work in the office outside of your regular office days. Work might be repetitive

      Partners are great people, invested in looking after their staff. Lots of creativity and positive staff development.

      Line manager made my life horrible & HR at the time not very good.
