      Pros

      Working with colleagues who genuinely care about the cause and want to support each other to make a difference. A surprisingly large organisation, which creates opportunities to learn and progress. Flexible working arrangements are also a real positive. Working for a charity like this makes you feel you are doing something meaningful.

      Highly pressured in many areas.

      Pros

      Even after careful reflection, i struggle to think of a pro

      Cons

      Bad directors, bad management, awful culture, some very senior people are completey toxic. HR runs the show and its causing people misery. Since leaving i've realised a lot of the behaviours are very very bad indeed and hurtful to peoples mental health. I wish the remaining employees well and hope they too escape.
