      Good working hours Pay is okay

      Cons

      Hospital management are so incompetent and set in their ways. No flexibility or empathy to staff. Very micro managed and uncomfortable environment to work in. Feel like I am walking on egg shells. Higher up ask us to complete pulse surveys but nothing ever actually changes.

      Pros

      Even after careful reflection, i struggle to think of a pro

      Cons

      Bad directors, bad management, awful culture, some very senior people are completey toxic. HR runs the show and its causing people misery. Since leaving i've realised a lot of the behaviours are very very bad indeed and hurtful to peoples mental health. I wish the remaining employees well and hope they too escape.
